Soar- digital collage using vintage magazine scans, vintage postcards, patterned paper scans, books scans, textures and stamps.
Today I wanted to play around with textures again, seeing how many elements I could overlap without overcrowding the overall image. The main aircraft image is from a 1937 aircraft race programme, I duplicated it at different sizes to see if I could effectively use a single image to create a dynamic subject matter.

On Hold – digital collage using vintage magazine scans, patterned paper scans and stamps.
A small, quick collage for today as I’ve been away from my laptop for most of today. The majority of the images in this piece come from The Graphics Fairy. The background paper texture/pattern is one I created a couple of years ago and use all the time for various things.
—I’m terrible at remembering to upload these to this blog, follow me on instagram or tumblr for more frequent art updates—

Our Way – digital collage using vintage magazine scans, patterned paper scans, text and vintage postcard scans.
Another cameo-like collage today. I actually created this while watching ChristopherOdd’s playthrough of We Happy Few. It may have influenced me a little.

Until the End – mixed media collage using vintage magazine scans, vintage adverts, silver foil, text, acrylic ink and pencil crayons on postcard.
Second image shows the foil stars catching the light.
