New Artwork- The Watery Part of the World

A little digital collage to get me back into posting stuff and making personal artwork again. I’ve been so busy with other projects throughout June that posting online was an after thought.

I think with this collage I’ve created you can tell I’ve been caught up in all the Death Stranding hype and analysis.
This piece is made up from a few different ephemera papers, the majority of the larger images are from The Graphics Fairy.

Soar- digital collage using vintage magazine scans, vintage postcards, patterned paper scans, books scans, textures and stamps.

Today I wanted to play around with textures again, seeing how many elements I could overlap without overcrowding the overall image. The main aircraft image is from a 1937 aircraft race programme, I duplicated it at different sizes to see if I could effectively use a single image to create a dynamic subject matter.

A small, quick collage for today as I’ve been away from my laptop for most of today. The majority of the images in this piece come from The Graphics Fairy. The background paper texture/pattern is one I created a couple of years ago and use all the time for various things.

Another cameo-like collage today. I actually created this while watching ChristopherOdd’s playthrough of We Happy Few. It may have influenced me a little.

I went for something a little different for todays collage, this is mainly just a result of me experimenting with different ideas and textures.
